Virginia Veterans wills and powers of attorney
I have a special place in my heart for Veterans. That is why I offer a special "Wills Package" only for Veterans and their families. Scroll down for more information.
Veteran resources in Virginia
If you are a Veteran business owner, a Veteran who is in trouble with the law, or a Veteran who is looking for other legal resources, call me.
Because you served our great country, you are the first call I will return.
In the 1990s, I served in the Marine Corps Reserve as a Combat Engineer. Since 2010, I have served as a military attorney (judge advocate) in the Army Reserve. As a JAG attorney I defended Veterans at numerous administrative separation hearings. They served honorably. Many served in Iraq and Afghanistan. When they got back from war, they self-medicated with marijuana and the military tried to kick them out with an Other Than Honorable discharge. That is not just. That is not equitable. That is not fair, so I fought for them.
I founded a non-profit organization called Vega Veteran Law, where I provided free legal services to Veterans. I collaborated with the VA Hospital and with Veteran Service Organizations like the American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced me to shut down the non-profit firm and the free legal clinics.
But I still have important contacts throughout Virginia and can still help Veterans obtain the resources they need to deal with their legal needs. If you are a Veteran or if you know Veterans in need of legal services, please call me.

Virginia Wills Package $500 per person
The only reasons why anyone would pay $2,500 to have legal documents prepared is because they have money to spare or have complicated issues that require expert tax advice and estate planning. For the great majority of us, basic legal documents will suffice. This Wills Package is available only to Veterans and their families because Veterans deserve it and because at this price the demand would be overwhelming. The Wills Package includes the following basic legal documents:
Will
Advance Medical Directive
Medical Power of Attorney
General (Durable) or Special Power of Attorney
Power of Attorney for Funeral Arrangements and Control of Disposition of Remains
How it works:
Click HERE to fill out a questionnaire, then submit it when done. You may also download the form, fill it out, and email or mail it back. You will want to have handy complete legal names, addresses, telephone numbers, and emails of family members and other people who are important to you. After I confirm that you qualify for these services, I will contact you via email. After you pay online with a credit card, we will schedule a 30-minute meeting in my office in Roanoke to execute these documents.
Getting your legal affairs in order does not need to take months nor does it have to cost an arm-and-a-leg. Fill out the questionnaire and let's get started.
