However, businesses are frequent victims of crimes such as Grand Larceny, Burglaries, Embezzlement, and other property and financial crimes.  I can serve as your liaison to the Police Department and Commonwealth Attorney's Office.  I can make sure that your case remains on their front burners, and advocate to make sure that any plea agreement includes full restitution for your business.  

I can keep track of restitution payments and have the Commonwealth file motions to Show Cause, which brings defendants back to court to answer why they have not made the court-ordered payments to your business.
