I do not normally represent people charged with crimes of violence. However, 12 years of prosecuting has taught me that there are almost always two sides to every story. You have heard the football maxim, that the yellow flag is often thrown against the player who retaliated and not against the instigator. Sadly, that maxim applies in the criminal justice system. I will advocate for you and make sure the Commonwealth and judge get the whole story.
