Business Plans  

It is important to have a strong roadmap before you launch your business. But if you don't have one, it is never too late to create one. There are many do-it-yourself guides on the market, and I recommend you start there.  There is nothing wrong with the do-it-yourself guides. Once you are done with your business plan, come and see me. I can help you refine it, identify gaps, and make recommendations. I can also help you spot legal, business, and finance issues.

From time-to-time, you should revise and update your existing business plan. I hope I can be an ongoing and regular partner in this effort.

Business Finance

Entrepreneurs must be competent in business finance, especially in financial statements.  As with business plans, I can review your documents, and challenge the assumptions that supply the data that make up the financial statements.  I can assist you examine financial ratios and apply managerial accounting.  

Whether you are the lender or the borrower, I can advocate on your behalf to communicate with other parties.  I can also help you prepare legal documents such as promissory notes and security agreements for borrowing money,
